We pride ourselves in excellence, if for any reason you have received your product faulty or damaged please notify us with 5 working days of receiving your order, so that our specialist team can investigate the matter.
Returns and exchanges from non-mainland destinations are required to return items within 7 working days.
To report an issue with your purchase please email us on firstname.lastname@example.org, quoting your order reference number and the problem you have experienced with your product and leave an email address for us to contact you.
Please note: we aim to reply to your email within 72 hours. However, it may take a little longer during peak seasons, where we will be dealing with a large volume of enquiries.
In order for us to investigate the matter, you must send us the item back before we can make a decision. Any item being returned to us is at your own cost.
If the item does appear to be faulty or damaged, we can either offer you a replacement or a full refund.
How to Return:
In order to be to entitled for a full refund, please notify us by emailing us within 5 working days of receiving your product. Please quote your reference number.
Product should be in its original packaging and condition in order to qualify for a full refund.
We advice that items are to be returned via recorded or tracked postal service as we cannot be held liable for any unreturned items.
All refunds will be refunded with 7 working days via the method you used to pay for the product.
